Frank was raised in Southern California. 

The surf culture, ocean, nature and Surrealism have influenced his work.

He was formally taught in the Traditional Arts methods of painting with oils & acrylics. He later became an Airbrush artist.

In the mid 90’s, he transitioned to the digital world and became educated in Photoshop.

He has worked as a Photoshop Specialist for an Advertising Agency in La Jolla, and a Professional Photographer in Del Mar, CA.

He has been in numerous group shows and his commissioned works hang in homes, in Rancho Santa Fe, La Jolla, Wyoming and throughout the country.
